I love this camera the photo quality is great, it has great zoom 21x optical, and the price is great tooIt has almost all the settings of SLR camera, so if you read the manual carefully you can start taking proffissional photos, compared to the GE x500 this is a better buy and it is not noisy and slow as the GE x500. It is also better build than the GE. The only con I see in this camera is the lack of a view finder, but the LCD screen is very clear.
