We were really surprised at how the pictures came out. We went snorkling and took lots of pictures and some video of fish and other creatures stirring. They came out wonderful. The short clips were easy to focus and it was simple to use. You can not see the screen well on land but under water you can see it perfectly. We needed something for our aquatic trips, so the purpose we bought it for worked. It is hard to see the screen in the bright light outside.
